Energy Work involves guiding & controlling subtle, life-force energy, which is called Prāṇa or Chi. The purpose of such work may be to manage karma, to focus life-force, or for healing.

Reiki uses our natural abilities to sense (feel), and send (actively transmit), energy to others. My Reiki training was in Angelic Reiki, a lineage of Usui Reiki, taught by Reiki Master Mary Raven Redfeather.

My training also includes Yoga knowledge & techniques for controlling subtle energy, including Marma Point (secret energy point) work.

Do you pause to sense what others feel? Even more importantly, do you consciously choose the energy you transmit to others? That’s what Energy Work / Reiki training is all about: training oneself to work with energy, both in terms of transmitting loving, healing energy to others, and consciously choosing which energies to accept. If you haven’t tried Reiki (or other Energy Work) before, you will be surprised by its power - rather, the power intrinsic to your being.

My Energy Work is mostly hands-off, except with your permission at the head, feet, and possibly at the heart and disease sites.
