Our journey together begins with Awareness, your core superpower. Awareness can be developed to detect the most subtle things. In many cases we will use the breath for energy-body adjustments, like to calm anxiety, or to rise from depression. Both of these tools are available to everyone; even people suffering respiratory conditions can see meaningful changes with breathwork.

Combining your awareness & inner knowing with the wisdom of Yoga & Āyurveda, you choose your path. I simply educate and guide.

You possess healing power & wisdom within you. However, accessing either is difficult without Peace. You possess Peace within you. However, accessing Peace is not easy during a crisis. This is where I can help as a guide.

My work is to help you learn tools / practices that enable & empower your innate abilities for healing and growth. These tools include: Yoga Therapy, Āyurveda, Reiki, and more.

You know in your heart there is a path to Peace. From my studies & experiences I bring in a range of knowledge & wisdom to help you realize it. From my personal experiences, and work with clients, I have seen the benefits of these tools firsthand.

Bhagavad Gītā 4.11 - Here the Lord Tells us:

ये यथा मां प्रपद्यन्ते तांस्तथैव भजाम्यहम् ।
मम वर्त्मानुवर्तन्ते मनुष्या: पार्थ सर्वशः ॥ ११

ye yathā māṁ prapadyante tāṁs tathai ’va bhajāmy aham ।
mama vartmā ’nuvartante manuṣyāḥ pārtha sarvaśah ॥

In whatever way people come to Me, in that way I reward/fulfill them; (knowingly or unknowingly) everyone follows My path, O Partha, in all ways!
