Sanskrit Resources
Many Yoga & Āyurveda practitioners are taught that the exact vibration of Sanskrit matters, but they rarely receive the formal training to pronounce it correctly. After studying Āyurveda at Dr. Lad's school—where the standard was high—and having my pronunciation refined and affirmed by four Sanskrit masters, I offer a four-session introduction focusing on a proper treatment of the basics. This course will empower you to honor the lineages of yoga and Āyurveda through precise, foundational language study.
