Āyurveda is the science of life. It is an ancient, holistic system of assessment and therapeutic practices for transformation, finding Peace, and supporting healing. As a holistic system we address the body, mind, and spirit. Your Goals for Āyurveda may be to generally improve physical well-being, or address specific physical ailments; to address mental afflictions such as anxiety, depression, anger, lust, etc., or make spiritual progress.

This work includes:

  • Mind-body constitutional analysis

  • Explanation of relevant Vedic Philosophy & Āyurvedic concepts

  • Dietary Changes

  • Prāṇāyāma & bandhas - breath work & locks

  • Meditation & Prayer

  • Mantram / Affirmations / Journaling

  • Dinacaryā - how we carry ourselves through the day: sleep routine, cleanliness, consideration for what & when we feed the mind & senses, etc.
