Āyurveda Health Coaching

Āyurveda is the science of life. It is an ancient, holistic system of assessment and therapeutic practices for transformation, finding Peace, and supporting healing. Using this holistic system we address the body, mind, and spirit of the individual. Your Goals for Āyurveda may be to generally improve physical well-being, or address specific physical ailments; to address mental afflictions such as anxiety, depression, anger, lust, etc., or make spiritual progress.

This work includes:

  • Mind-body constitutional analysis

  • Explanation of relevant Vedic Philosophy & Āyurvedic concepts

  • Dietary Changes

  • Prāṇāyāma & bandhas - breath work & locks

  • Meditation & Prayer

  • Mantram / Affirmations / Journaling

  • Dinacaryā - how we carry ourselves through the day: sleep routine, cleanliness, consideration for what & when we feed the mind & senses, etc.

  • Seasonal routine changes

  • Life cycle routine changes

  • Service / volunteer-work

New clients should book an Initial Intake for Yoga Therapy & Ayurveda sessions. Otherwise a Holistic Guidance session should be used.
