You know that life is not meant to be merely a list of deadlines & to-do’s, resulting in endless stress and emptiness; or worse… hopelessness. You know that feeling good is possible, yet you haven’t found the path to peace. You know health is possible and necessary, but you find yourself not listening to the needs of your body. You know there is deeper meaning to life but perhaps you lack clarity. You know (or remember?) that life also offers awe and mystery, something you greatly desire.

To rise from suffering, reduce or eliminate pain and dive deeper into the mystery, we begin with some simple practices that are easy to incorporate into life. Generally we begin with the breath. Using time tested wisdom from yoga & āyurveda you can begin to feel your body again, calm the heart and mind, and listen to the heart.

You possess healing wisdom within you. You possess Peace within you. However, accessing the wisdom may be difficult without Peace. Accessing Peace is not easy during a crisis. This is where I come in as a guide.

I offer healing & growth guidance using ancient and time tested tools: Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Spiritual Guidance (scripture, meditation, mantra, intuition, dream & vision work, signs, etc.), Reiki, and Heart Centered Therapy.

You know in your heart there is a path to Peace. From my studies & experiences I bring in a range of knowledge & wisdom to help you realize Peace.

Don’t Worry, You are Already Walking the PatH

Bhagavad Gītā 4.11 - Here the Lord Tells us:

ये यथा मां प्रपद्यन्ते तांस्तथैव भजाम्यहम् ।
मम वर्त्मानुवर्तन्ते मनुष्या: पार्थ सर्वशः ॥ ११

ye yathā māṁ prapadyante tāṁs tathai ’va bhajāmy aham ।
mama vartmā ’nuvartante manuṣyāḥ pārtha sarvaśah ॥

In whatever way people come to Me, in that way I reward/fulfill them; (knowingly or unknowingly) everyone follows My path, O Partha, in all ways!
